Just wanted you to know that Angel did a beautiful job today on the porch roof.  He arrived exactly at the time he said he would arrive.  He worked very hard the entire day.  His work is exceptional.  Very precise and detailed.  He is very friendly and polite.
 
He cleaned up the work piles and cleaned everywhere.  You can't tell anyone was here today doing all this work. 
 
The sump pump is fixed.  I actually haven't put any water in it yet.  Will do that tomorrow.  The nails were taken care of on the upper roof.
 
He will arrive tomorrow sometime in the morning to finish the job.  I will pay him at that time.
 
Please let him know that I told you that I was very satisfied with his work.  He is a keeper.

I just wanted to let you know what terrific service I received from your company and how great my roof looks!  Blanche was incredible!  From the moment she stepped out of her car, she explained EVERYTHING in detail, was very thorough, paper work all in order.  She made me feel very comfortable and gave the impression that no question that I asked would be considered stupid.  Gail also did and excellent job taking me up to my attic and explaining exactly what would happen.  Your workers were very polite and they cleaned everything up.  In fact, on the last day that they were here and I drove up to see my new roof, there was no sign that anyone had been here.  It was like the roof fell from the sky and landed on my house.  I hope you know the value of your employees, especially Blanche.  If you ever need a reference, feel free to call me.

I wanted to thank you and your guys for both the bigger job at our Association clubhouse and the smaller job at my house here in Acworth.

You quickly provided written quotes for each project and then promptly began and completed the work.  The total project times were kept to a minimum.

The work done was very good and on the big, high job your guys were also careful to work in a safe manner.
